Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions

    Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and vegetables. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and veggies. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes. This ensures that the chicken and vegetables cook evenly once added.
  • Cook the Chicken Fajitas:
